Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credit is refunded to your account automatically and instantly. No need to ask.

Unused credits

Changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund any completely unused credit pack in full, in line with UK consumer law.

Not happy with a video?

AI is creative and occasionally misses. If a video genuinely doesn't deliver, email iacovici95@gmail.com with your account email and we'll either re-credit you or refund the video — we'd rather lose a pound than a fan.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
